Oliver's Big Boy Room
Since the due date of our second little man is approaching quickly Mima has been working feverishly to get the "big boy" room done. Once the painting was complete we could move everything in. The highlights: a NBA quality basketball hoop and Red Sox scoreboard (not sure who is more excited about those things, Oliver or his Dad, who deserves credit for helping to interpret the ridiculously complicated and unclear installation instructions that came with the basketball hoop and for setting up the scoreboard with all of his favorite teams on it. HUGE thanks to Mima for all of her help in making this the coolest retro sports room ever!
Wesley's first trip to Canada
Oliver's/ Michael's Shoes
Marsha had given us shoes that belonged to Michael when he was a little boy and we realized the other day they are the size that Oliver is wearing now so we put them on him. He looked so cute and enjoyed sitting on top of the ping pong table and attempting to play ping pong like his Dadda.
We have had quite the week in our household with all sorts of sickness. From colds to stomach flu to strep it seems to have gotten passed around the three of us. But we are all better now and grateful for it. I am also SO thankful for a doctor's office that can get you in within the hour and medicine that you can pick up from a local pharmacy. I cannot imagine living in countries where even the most over the counter of medicines are not available and having to watch my child suffer knowing that I could make it better if I only cold give them clean drinking water and some antibiotic. Sure does make you thankful.

23 Weeks
Okay so I am a little late posting these pictures. But better late than never. Here Wesley and I are at 23 weeks (yes we are pretty sure Wesley Jack is the name). And then there is picture of the three of us (mommy, Oliver, and Wesley). I am queenie of the weenies, as some of our friends like to call me, and proud of it!
Guy's Weekend!
Marcie and I went away for a women's retreat this past weekend and so Michael had Oliver and Jared had Sophia. They did a great job and here is proof. Saturday night a bunch of guys hung out at our house played ping pong and watched the kids. Enjoy!
