More Basketball

Oliver sees to really like to play with any kind of basketball.  Here he is throwing it against the wall.  I thought this was kind of funny!

My Girlfriend's Party

Sophia turned one on Sept. 18th and so we all attended her very first birthday party.  She had a blast and was stained pink for quite sometime.  Oliver had fun except when he tried to steal Sophia's balloon and we had to give it back to her.  Not very happy with us for that.  Happy Birthday Sophia!

This video couldn't make Michael more proud.  It is clear that Oliver's basketball skills are developing even at this young age!

IT is finally starting to cool off enough to at least go outside at dinner time.  So we took Oliver out in the backyard and let him play in the grass.  He only had a little bit of fun!

Weekend Away

Our friends Tim and Ashley got married this last weekend in Laguna Beach, California.  So we decided it was time to get out of town for our first weekend away without the baby.  Since we were so close to LA we drove up and visited some of our favorite spots and even took a picture in front of the hollywood sign like we did for our first Christmas card.  We spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and hanging out with friends.  And apparently from the looks of the last two pictures we should get out more often.   Which I know would please the grandparents who took turns taking care of Oliver.   They allowed as it would be nice if we went away more often too. 

Nine Months Old!

Oliver has just figured out how to stack which I never thought would be a big deal until I became a parent!   He is nine months now and is definetely keeping us all entertained.   They gave us a print out of his growth charts this last doctor's visit and I just have to preface them by saying I swear I do feed the kid!

     Weight:  17.1 lbs.  4.42 percentile 

     Height:  28.54 inches 59.24 percentile

     Head Circumference: 17.13 in. 7.72 percentile
