Baby # 3!
Although I am pretty sure that most of you know I wanted to officially announce on our blog that I am pregnant with our third:) I have not done a great job keeping up with updates lately, well, this pregnancy is my excuse! Nausea doesn't allow for a lot of good opportunities to blog. I am happy to report, though, that now in my 8th week I am feeling better. Exhausted still, but not queasy-thankfully. I had an ultra sound week 7 and everything looks good. The heartbeat is strong and they were able to confirm the due date they had given me- June 10th.
We are super excited to be adding to our family (yes, this was planned) and look forward to meeting him/ her in about 32 weeks:)

The Fair
Homecoming 2010
This past weekend we went to SCA's homecoming. As we walked up to the school and entered into the ever so familiar cafeteria doors I couldn't help but reflect a little on just how much everything has changed. Not as much in the school (although there are surely differences) but more so in our lives. Michael and I went to our very first dance (homecoming) 10 years ago this October and this past weekend we ate dinner in our school gym with our two boys, the Doe's and their two kids and the Owens' and their baby girl. My how things do change. Of course, I wouldn't have it any other way. Watching our kids play together, well, it just doesn't get much better than that:)

Wesley and Nola
He really just wanted to go on the field:)
So many kids...and that's not all of them by far.
They are so stinkin' cute. BFF's!

Happy Birthday Gramps!
It is my grandpa's 85th birthday today. Which is truly amazing considering we almost lost him 12 years ago to a massive heart attack. By God's grace he made it through emergency double bypass surgery and a precarious and long recovery and he has been able to watch two more grandsons enter the world, Jia join the family, and the birth of two great grandsons:) We are so blessed to have had him these last 12 years and hopefully more to come! We wanted to take some time today to wish him a happy birthday and to tell him just how much we love him. Happy Birthday Gramps!
Wesley is 15 Months
I have neglected the blog lately so I am attempting to catch up on the goings on that I have failed to blog about. I took Wesley to the doctor for his 15 month wellness check a few weeks ago. He is doing very well according to the doctor. He is 24 pounds which puts him in the 45th percentile for weight. And he is 32.5 inches tall which puts him in the 78 percentile for height. The doctor was also impressed with the amount of words he knows. He has added a few to his vocab in the past few weeks including, "open, up, and head." Smart boy.
This and That
We were starting to get prepared for Halloween. Michael took Oliver the other night after Wesley had gone to bed for some Daddy/ Oliver time and they came home with a Darth Vader costume. And then we were at Target looking for costumes for us and Wesley and Oliver spotted a jedi costume and we gave in and bought it. So now we are more than prepared for the big day. Whatever mood he is in come the 31st we will be prepared:)

Star Wars Interview Part II
We interviewed Oliver a few weeks ago to showcase his Star Wars obsession and his fairly amazing capability to memorize the names of nearly all of the characters. Well we have added to the collection of toys and knowledge so we thought we would do another one. Enjoy:)
